A monthly ops fee (CORE $750, OPS $1,500 or HQ $3,000, depending on pod size) plus each role's hourly rate - $10 to $70/hr depending on the role band - and a one-time $650 launch fee per role.
Is this outsourcing or a staffing agency?
Neither. It's a managed remote team embedded in your business - your tools, your workflows, your time zone. Recruiting, management, payroll and compliance are handled by us; you get the output.
Where is the talent based?
In LATAM, primarily Colombia, working in your US time zone so collaboration feels like an in-house team.
